WE ARE TIER 4 and following government guidance we are CLOSED TO THE PUBLIC

When we are no longer Tier 4, and when we are able to re-open, then the following information is true:
No need to book as we have plenty of room. It’s £6.95 per person
You will need to wear a mask to go into our gift shop, As we are in Tier 3 we are not allowed to open our Indoor Activity Centre, Soft Play Barn or Exotic room. SO WE HAVE NO INDOOR AREAS AND ARE OPERATING AS AN OUTDOOR ONLY VENUE.There is no need to wear a mask around the rest of the farm park which is outside.

Our outdoor play area is OPEN, [inside play areas and soft play areas are NOT open

We have one way systems in place and extra hand wash sinks and hand sanitiser everywhere. On busier days and weekends we even have a team where their sole purpose is to do 1/2 hour toilet checks and wipe down hand contact points around the farm, including the play equipment. We also have a military grade fogger which sprays every indoor area at least 24 hours with food grade anti viral sanitiser. UNFORTUNATELY NO INSIDE AREAS ARE PERMITTED DUE TO COVID

Our cafe is offering hot and cold food AS TAKEAWAY ONLY, (we’ve removed tables to allow for social distancing and we have opened a NEW food serving area called The Fodder Spot this served light bites in our Soft Play Barn – but we’re not allowed to open any of these indoor areas right now).

On nice days you can always use the picnic benches around our farm. Our Indoor Activity Centre is NOT open, but when we are allowed back open, social distancing is monitored by the shoe pockets on each room. When the shoe pockets are full the room is occupied to its maximum capacity and we ask for you to return at a later time. These rooms are shut periodically for ‘fogging’ with food grade anti viral sanitiser.

We are not currently doing the daily Animal Encounter timetable with meet a reptile or goat walking, but don’t worry we are working on a way to bring this back for the ‘new normal’

We do however now have an 11am and 1pm Falconry Show on EVERY DAY and our visitors are LOVING it.

We were shut for 105 days in total the first time…. and now we are shut again and during this time had to feed and care for the animals as well as paying other bills, we never did the whole ‘go fund me’ begging thing, we just cracked on. Your support when we opened back up on the 4th July has been amazing, and we hope it will continue long enough to see us safely through the uncertainty that is to come.
